I'm sure you have a clear understanding that there are many different types of cell phones on the market. Many of these phones are no moving into what we call the smart phone bracket. With a smart phone you can do so much more than a standard phone simply makes calls and maybe since text messages.

Smart phones allow us to keep in constant contact using e-mail, Internet, SMS, MMS and blogging software for example. Being able to keep in touch with e-mail if you are on the road or out of the office is an essential part of doing business for many people. Synchronizing your e-mail, contacts and diary is another essential part of keeping in touch and making sure that your business can function without you having to be in the office or having to use a laptop.

All the major cell phone manufacturers like Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Blackberry and Apple to name but a few have all developed applications to allow us to synchronize with our e-mail systems.
